MarketingOS

The marketing operating system

Marketing that shows its evidence.

Marketing OS researches the claims behind your ads, drafts the creative with AI, routes every piece through human approval, publishes across six networks — and reports what happened honestly, even when the honest answer is “not enough evidence yet”.

research-gated claims · human approval on everything · six networks · honest numbers

The system

Four disciplines, one machine

Most marketing stacks are a pile of tools with a person as the glue. Marketing OS is one system where evidence, creative, distribution and measurement enforce each other.

Evidence engine

Every marketing claim is researched before it is allowed anywhere near an ad.

  • Market facts carry a source and a date — or they don’t exist
  • Claims are validated on two axes: is it true, and does it sell
  • The claim gate is enforced by the database, not by good intentions

Creative studio

AI drafts stills, video and music. A human approves every frame that ships.

  • Storyboard-first video: anchor frames, seed sweeps, human selection
  • Scene generation for product creative, on our own GPUs
  • Licensed music beds with a hard license gate on export

Publishing pipeline

One approval flow fans out to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

  • Nothing publishes unapproved — the gate is structural, not procedural
  • One video becomes N network-correct posts in a single step
  • Every composed request is stored verbatim before it is sent

Honest measurement

Results come back as they are — never inflated, never invented.

  • “Not reported” stays NULL — it is never dressed up as zero
  • “Insufficient evidence” is a first-class verdict, not a failure
  • A claim that loses its test is kept and marked, not deleted

How it works

From researched fact to published creative

Five stages, each one gated. The order is the point: nothing downstream can outrun the evidence upstream.

  1. 01

    Research

Market facts are gathered with sources and dates. Intuition is not admissible; a fact without a source does not enter the system.

  2. 02

    The claim gate

Ad angles may only be built on claims the research supports. The gate lives in the database itself — an unsupported claim is physically rejected.

  3. 03

    Draft

AI drafts copy, stills, video takes and music beds as proposals. Drafts are cheap on purpose — nothing about a draft is a decision.

  4. 04

    Approve

A human reviews and approves every piece before it can ship. Editing an approved piece sends it straight back to proposed.

  5. 05

    Publish & learn

Approved content fans out across networks on schedule. Metrics come back platform-native and honest, and feed the next round of decisions.

Creative studio

A production house on your own GPUs

Stills, video and music are drafted in-house — storyboard-first, in seed sweeps a human selects from. The imagery on this very page came out of that studio.

  • Storyboards and anchor frames before any motion renders
  • Multiple takes per shot — real choices, not one roll of the dice
  • Music beds with a hard licensing gate on export

Why it exists

Built against confident, plausible, wrong

The expensive failure in marketing is not a typo — it is the fluent claim nobody checked. Every rule in Marketing OS exists because skipping it produces exactly that.

No generate-and-spray

There is no button that floods your channels with AI output. Generation produces proposals; humans decide what the brand actually says.

The gate is structural

Approval and evidence rules are enforced where they cannot be bypassed — in the schema and the pipeline, not in a checkbox someone can skip.

Losing tests are kept

A true claim that fails in the market stays on record as exactly that. Knowing what didn’t work — and why — is the expensive part.

Numbers stay honest

No invented scores, no vanity aggregates. When a platform doesn’t report a metric, the field stays empty rather than pretending.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is Marketing OS self-service?

Not yet. Marketing OS currently runs as an operated service: our team runs the system for our own portfolio and for a small number of client brands. Self-service access is on the roadmap — the contact form is the way in today.

Which networks does it publish to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram (posts and Reels), X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, with per-network validation of formats and metadata. Paid-search research and reporting integrate with Google Ads.

Does AI publish anything on its own?

No. AI only drafts. Every post, video and ad is reviewed and approved by a human before the system is able to publish it, and editing an approved item revokes the approval automatically.

Who is behind Marketing OS?

Marketing OS is built and operated by Dot Com Services Ltd. — a web company building for the web since 2008 — and runs on MaiaHost infrastructure.

What does it cost?

Early access is scoped per brand: how many properties, which markets, which channels. Write to us with what you run and we reply with a concrete proposal — no obligation.

Run your brand on evidence.
